For placing a wholesale order we have two requirements:
1) Send a copy of your Sales Tax Number to: Rossowhol1@aol.com
2) We will need a signed PA Sales Tax Exemption Form filled out (required) you can request that while sending in your tax number.
After we receive these two items we will then set your account to wholesale pricing.
